What is the product about?
Developed by ex-bookmaker and pro gambler Edward Lloyd, Confessions of a Pro Gambler is a subscription based tipping service.
What is the product?
Confessions of a Pro Gambler is Edward Lloyds attempt at creating a tipping service after an alleged number of years working in the bookmaking industry as well as a professional gambler. Edward Lloyd claims to have spent a significant amount of time generating his systems and making sure everything worked before finally releasing it to the general public as Confessions of a Pro Gambler. In terms of the actual product emails are sent out daily with a Nap that is usually the first or second favourite. Although not high stakes, these bets form the foundation of Confessions of a Pro Gambler. Then there is also an outsider bet if Edward Lloyd feels that there is a strong enough chance of winning. These will usually be odds of over 10/1 and above. Once or twice a week Edward Lloyd will also send out what he refers to as a live one. This is typically a high stakes horse that will be backed for a win only and although (as Edward Lloyd openly admits) they don’t often achieve this, when they do the pay outs are quite substantial .
What is the investment vs. the rate of return?
Confessions of a Pro Gambler costs £45 per month or £90 for a quarter. There are no details of a money back guarantee with the system so it seems likely that there isn’t any refund policy. In terms of profitability Confessions of a Pro Gambler don’t make any claimed rates, they do however show that they are currently 18.97 points up.
Does the product provide value for money?
Given how expensive Confessions of a Pro Gambler is and the low amount of profitability I have no qualms about saying that at these early stages Confessions of a Pro Gambler does not provide value for money at all.
Conclusion
Although Confessions of a Pro Gambler has some promise in terms of the basis of the system the results so have not been flattering and for a new product on the market this is of some concern. Personally I believe that Confessions of a Pro Gambler is worth monitoring at this point but I wouldn’t look to purchase unless Edward Lloyd shows that Confessions of a Pro Gambler can make a consistent profit.
