eTail Academy Review Amanda O’Brien

What is the product about?

Created by Amanda O’Brien and marketed through Canonbury Publishing eTail Academy is a guide to making money online by selling through online retailers.

What is the product?

eTail Academy is claimed to be a comprehensive guide to selling on eBay and Amazon’s marketplace. The course itself is pretty well detailed and covers everything that you would want to know about marketing your products on these marketplaces. Amanda O’Brien uses eTail Academy as a chance to teach users about writing ads, building up a customer base and sourcing products as well as guides to advanced techniques such as using Google trends and a secret “eBay search engine” that will show you what products are currently selling and what are likely to be the top selling products. eTail Academy also comes with a guide to the process of drop shipping, a well known method of low cost online retailing. At its core, eTail Academy is about buying whole sale or using drop shipping with Amanda O’Brien showing examples and where you can purchase items.

What is the investment vs. the rate of return?

eTail Academy is not exactly cheap coming in at £397 (which includes a 20%  “early bird” deduction on the claimed usual costs of £495). There is also a 30 day money back guarantee should you find that you are unhappy with eTail Academy. In terms of income, the claims made by Amanda O’Brien are that you can make between £1000 and £2500 per month by implementing what eTail Academy teaches. That having been said the testimonials are much much higher claiming this kind of income in just a week.

Does the product provide value for money?

Personally I am not sold on eTail Academy being value for money for reasons I shall look at below.

Conclusion

eTail Academy doesn’t necessarily do anything wrong as a product, but one is forced to consider it compared to other products which are by much better known marketers. This is because on pricing eTail Academy as she has, Amanda O’Brien loses the “value for money” tag that because of the similarities between products is often the deal breaker. What I feel you are really paying for in eTail Academy is the details of what Amanda O’Brien sells and that is really a personal choice as to whether you place a value of almost £400 on.
